Helmed by Jamaican-born Chef Ricardo Allen, he counts his grandma as a force of influence in his journey with food where learnt to make Jamaican classics like Jerk chicken and Jamaican patties.
He headlined Lime House Caribbean restaurant at Keong Saik Road, after making his way to our shores from Dubai where he was head chef at luxury hotel, Trident Hotel.
